As a pioneer in AP automation and sustainability, they have seen the opportunities to streamline processes such as invoice management. With an increasing amount of invoices and a desire to automate more manual tasks within the finance department, they implemented Compello in 2021 to simplify the processing of incoming invoices.
In 2024, they handled over 17,000 incoming invoices. Through good routines, standardized invoice formats and the use of EHF, they have quickly achieved an automation rate of over 90%. This has removed a significant part of the manual work, without compromising on security and accuracy.
Investing in invoice processing automation tools has also freed up resources to focus on strategic initiatives, such as rolling out the Compello solution internationally, with Sweden as the first stop.

Thanks to the good standardized invoice format in Norway, they can almost fully automate several factors, such as order number, KID number and invoice number.
