The Visma Group, which includes Compello AS and Visma Amili AS (formerly known as Visma Financial Solutions AS), has an exciting vision to strengthen its position as the leading provider of comprehensive solutions for everything from invoice distribution to payment in Norway.
As part of this exciting journey, some changes will be happening going forward.
Starting January 1, 2024, our SEND, RECEIVE, and EDI services will be transferred to and managed by Visma Amili AS.
Compello AS will focus on strengthening and improving our invoice management service - PROCESS. Visma Amili AS will contribute as a valuable subcontractor in this process with solutions and expertise in access points and invoice reception.
This strategic shift will enable a deeper specialization and optimization of Compello's offerings today, ensuring that you as a customer get the best invoice management solution in the industry now, and in the future.

What this means for you?
While some things are new, most remain the same.
The people and services stay the same; it's just the administration that changes.
SEND, RECEIVE, and EDI:
All customer relationships related to Compello SEND, RECEIVE, and EDI will be managed and handled by Visma Amili AS from 01.01.2024. This means that all invoices for these services will be issued by Visma Amili AS, registered under organization number 984 842 252.
PROCESS:
There will be no changes here. The service is handled and supported by Compello AS as before.
Even though there are changes in the administration, it is important to note that the quality of Compello SEND remains unchanged. You can still expect the same high level of support, development, and the same dedicated contacts.
